Training centers of CSS
Starting sports training at an early age is certainly a source of wealth within the CSS. A richness that expresses itself both in the short term and in the long term. Indeed, the club directs its efforts towards the teaching of sporting amateurs, children and youngsters in order to prepare them to the world of professional sport.
Equipped with a qualified technical staff and an active and motivating pedagogy, the CSS training center makes every effort to offer theoretical courses and practical exercises with a progressive pace that is adapted to each age category.
Today, the CSS is committed to preparing its players to meet the challenges and climb the ladder of divisions and championships, through its leading training center in Tunisia.
CSS Football Academy (5 - 11 years old)
The CSS Football Academy is reserved for the training of children aged between 5 and 11 years old. Hosted at one of the five training centers in Sfax, the CSS chicks are supervised by the club staff under favorable training conditions.
Perfectly adapted to their pace, the training within the CSS football academy allows them to discover the world of football and enter through the big door!
In fact, five training centers, at the disposal of the CSS football academy, are opening their doors to CSS children, which are:
- Commandant Bejaoui Center, under the direction of Mr. Jamel Ayedi
- 2 Mars center, under the direction of Mr. Hsouna Belghith
- Gremda Center, under the direction of Mr. Achraf Barkallah
- Sakiet Ezzit Center, under the direction of Mr. Achraf Mezghanni
- Airport Road Center, under the direction of Mr. Mounir Chelli
Among 160 chicks that joined the CSS football academy, only two teams will be selected: the elite teams. These teams will bring together the best CSS players, from 10 to 11 years old, who will honor their club in international competitions such as Danone Nations Cup and Pouss'Cup in Roubaix (France).
CSS Young players academy
Preparing the next generation of club players obviously starts at a young age. That is why the training of youngsters is at the heart of CSS concerns but also in the Socios CSS’s.
Indeed, the Socios CSS invests heavily in the equipment of the center and provides a personalized and state-of-the-art equipment, especially for the youth category. With a complete infrastructure and modern equipment, the CSS training center offers the best training conditions for young players.
In fact, the center has three football fields, two of them are artificially grassed (4th generation) and the third is naturally grassed. In addition, there are three changing rooms equipped with showers and a multi-purpose room dedicated to young basketball and volleyball players, to train and play.
In addition, a viewing room is available to young players for matches’ analysis always in order to improve their performance. Young footballers also enjoy a weight room equipped with complete equipment in order to maintain and have a better physical condition.
Furthermore, the center provides players with experienced trainers who are present to share their knowledge, expertise and skills with young athletes. They provide quality coaching on all levels to enable young players to reach the level of elite U21 (under 21 years old) with merit!
